• 6 artichoke
• 1 kg fresh Fava beans
• 1 grated onion
• Half cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 1 bunch of dill
• 4 fresh onion
• 1 lemon
• Half a liter of water
• Salt
Fava beans with artichokes preparation
Take three tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and heat it. Add your onions and sauté until transparent you're grating. Add the artichokes. Sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice and add cold water. Cover the pot and bake for 30 minutes. Instructions: in a separate pot, boil and remove the shells. Saute in olive oil. Add chopped spring onions and dill and mix. Fill the center of the artichokes. Drizzle olive oil over them and serve.
