2 eggs

Half a glass of granulated sugar

Half a glass of liquid oil

Half cup milk

1 cup + 2 tablespoons of flour

1 pack of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

For the cherry sauce:

1 bowl of pitted cherries

5 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Half cup water

2 tablespoons of starch (we open it with a little less than half a glass of water)

Let's foam the eggs and sugar in the mixer. Add the oil, milk and whisk for a short time. Sift the flour, add the baking powder, vanilla and whisk. Let's pour the mortar into a greased floured tart cake pan and bake in the oven preheated to 180° on the lower and upper setting for 10-15 minutes. You can set the time according to the cooking time of your own oven.

For the sauce, let's put half a cup of cherry water in the sauce pan and boil it. Let's add a little less than half a glass of water to the starch in a bowl, mix and pour into the pan.
